The initial risk assessment is carried out directly on the platform. For each work phase, enter the criteria that will determine the rating, along with your previously configured thresholds (severity, exposure, probability, etc.).

Include your existing and planned prevention methods, as well as their level of control, in order to generate the level of actual risk.

Synchronisation between accidents and safety incidents enables you to obtain a dynamic risk assessment, as a result of the automatic “accident” score weighting. This software solution is useful, as it updates the elements automatically. For example, when a hazard is updated, the work areas and phases of the Risk Assessment Document are also updated directly.

SymaleaN allows you to manage the action plan that is linked to the Risk Assessment Document, as well as the implementation of operational controls. These actions are recorded in the general action plan. All the actions can be assigned to a supervisor and a lead time can be determined. A notification system alerts the supervisor when there is a new action to be carried out, and also provides a reminder in the event of a delay.

Our software has a feature that checks the effectiveness of the actions, allowing them to then be finalised.

Reports on these actions can be consulted in real time, allowing you to view their progress, and also where they originated from.
