Protection of personal data

In accordance with the Data Protection Act No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, as amended, and the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter “RGPD”) no. 2016/679/EU of 27 April 2016, SAS SYMALEAN, as data controller, guarantees respect for the privacy of users of the Site.

The User, a natural person, is informed that the information that he communicates through the Site on the basis of either pre-contractual measures or the execution of a contract, or the legitimate interest pursued by SAS SYMALEAN in order to be able to respond to his requests, is intended for the authorized services of SAS SYMALEAN for the purposes of managing customer and prospect relationships.

During consultation of the Site or access to SAS SYMALEAN's online services, the User may be asked to voluntarily provide certain personal data (name, first name, company, email, email, telephone number, identifiers). This Site uses session cookies only.

Only cookies necessary to identify the User to access an online service requiring authentication are stored on the User's terminal (computer, tablet, smartphone).

Your data is exclusively processed as part of your request by authorized Symalean services and is not subject to any transfer. They are kept for three years from their collection by Symalean or from the last contact from you (request for documentation for example).

In accordance with the “Informatique et Libertés” law of 6 January 1978 as amended and the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016, you have the right to access, rectify, delete, limit, portability (when applicable) and oppose information that concerns you.
